Who We Are
Opened in 2020, IAD-MSC represents a major initiative of the HKU Faculty of Dentistry, aiming to educate and train dental specialists from Hong Kong, Greater Bay Area and beyond, while providing affordable advanced dental care to those who suffer from severe and complex oral conditions.
Located on Hong Kong Island, this state-of-the-art facility is equipped with 45 dental chairs, 6 day-surgery rooms, monitored anaesthesia care, laboratory, and paired with the latest technologies. Local and international Resident Dentists from seven different dental specialties can receive education and training in advanced dentistry and provide quality dental care for their patients.
OUR CULTURE
We strive to develop IAD-MSC into a centre of excellence for treating patients with severe and complex oral conditions. Our team involves renowned Clinical Professors, experienced clinical practitioners, local and international Resident Dentists, and diligent clinical support staff. We are passionate about dentistry and committed to serving the Hong Kong community with best-in-class dental care.

TRAINING & LEARNING
Our clinical practitioners work with patients who suffer from severe and complex oral conditions. It is an excellent place to grow your skills, get exposure to different dental specialties, and work alongside the leading experts in advanced dentistry. Besides on-the-job training and personal coaching, we also support our staff in joining formal training programs to enhance their professional growth.

CAREER DEVELOPMENT
We have an attractive career progression pathway for top performers. Clinical support staff can begin as a Dental Clinical Assistant and advance to Dental Surgery Assistant, Certificated Dental Surgery Assistant, Senior Certificated Dental Surgery Assistant and beyond. We strongly encourage and support our staff to acquire the required experience and certifications to progress their career.
